Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery, please contact us on the numbers at the bottom of the page to arrange this - we use a handful of certified drivers and may even be able to have the vehicle delivered the very same day! **Delivery is an additional cost on top of purchase price**

Where are you based?

We have 2 sites both very close to each other - Our original forecourt is on the Rear of Brookside off of London Road, Rayleigh, SS6 9ES (Behind the carwash and next to Swallow Aquatics). This site holds 100+ cars in stock. Our second site and offices are located on the old Gables Garage estate across the roundabout, SS6 9EY (opposite the Carpenters Arms pub. This site holds approximately 25-30 cars. Both our sites are located in Rayleigh, Essex. We are just off of the A13/A127 and roughly 5 minutes from the A12.

Do you accept part exchange?

Yes, we are happy to accept part exchange on vehicle purchases, all we need is the full registration and mileage of your current car to be able to give you an approximate valuations. Of course this valuation can vary slightly due to condition of the vehicle when we see it, so the more transparently you can describe the car the more accurate our quote can be over the phone. Alternatively, just come down and see us for a price. This can often be a little more straight forward.

How do I reserve a car and/or book a test drive?

You can call us on the numbers at the bottom of the page and you can place a fully refundable £100 deposit on the vehicle which secures it and takes it off sale until you are ready to come and view the car.

**Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic our test drives are restricted to the boundaries of the car park out the front of our site.**

How do I do my tax and logbook?

Once you have purchased your new car, we can put the logbook into your name and address, (this will take approximately 5 days to come through in the post from the DVLA). We can help you organise your road tax if necessary - the main thing you need is the document reference number off of the V5C2. We can also assist with private plate transfers. All of this whilst sitting in the comfort of our office with drinks and refreshments in hand!

How can I pay for my car?

We accept all major debit cards, bank transfer or cash payment.

I want to trade in my car but it's a non-runner?

Yes. Unless stated otherwise, our vehicles generally come with a 3 month engine and gearbox mechanical failure warranty. The basic warranty that you receive free of charge is based on a 50/50 customer contribution. We also provide external warranty packages, currently with the AutoProtect which can be taken out for 6 months, 12 months or 24 months. These warranties are a great insurance product to protect you from any unexpected costs and have a claim limit of £1000 which can be used as many times as needed during the period of the warranty. Please ask in the office or over the phone for any more warranty details, coverage and price lists.

Do you offer driveaway insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to offer driveaway insurance - we are more than happy to help set up your policy if required but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the car is insured when leaving the premises.
