What do you like about working at CU3K?

The vibe in the office is great! This is quite self-evident when everyone's sat around drinking coffee in the office at 7pm when we finish at 6!!

What are the values that drive you?

Customer experience and when everything adds up!!  I also think its so important to be happy at work as we all spend so much time here.

What is your dream 2 car garage?

I'm quite happy as long as the boots big enough to get the dog in!! My cars also always filthy so no point in having anything too expensive. That being said I'd love to own something electric - probably a Tesla!!

Goal for the next 5 years?

I actually hope to be doing something a bit more creative. I do a bit of writing in my spare time. I think I'll always be involved in the cars somehow, but I'd like to think in 5 years I will have sold a few books!

Favourite movie?

Anything with Tom Hanks, Will Smith or Leonardo DiCaprio in them! If I had to say one film, probably Shawshank Redemption which has none of the above, but it does have Morgan Freeman!

Favourite genre of music?

I'm quite varied in my music choices. I'm really a bit of a gospel guy at heart. But I also like spoken word, rap and R&B.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I'm a bit of a family man, so I spend quite a lot of time around them. I also love walking my dog. Nature. Getting creative. Listening to music. General self-development stuff.

The team works excellently together, it really changes the whole atmosphere.

Self-achievement and the potential to further my career in the trade and earn more money.

Spending time with my wife and children at home.

Social aspect of working in the CU3K environment is brilliant, I enjoy coming to work every day it all works seamlessly.

Great customer service - seeing a customer happy with their new car is the value that drives me.

Range Rover Vogue and an Audi Q5

To retire. Finishing up early would be nice.

Nobody here believes me, but I'm actually a professional poker player.

The team we have at CU3K works so seamlessly, coming in everyday doesn't feel like work and we all pull our weight to progress ourselves and the company.

Success and the feeling of accomplishment, if there's a target to be met I will do all I can do to go above and beyond it.

Buy my first home with my girlfriend and travel to many countries.
